Frequently asked questions
Direct answers about how we work, what we offer, and what to expect from a campaign review. If your question is not covered here, contact us at [email protected].
‘VigorMark’ — is this a health, vitality or supplement brand, a lifestyle (.life) site, a trademark service, or a ‘guaranteed leads’ scheme?
No to all of it. “Vigor” describes the energy we want in a campaign, and “Mark” is the brand mark we help you make and use. We are a campaign and demand marketing agency on Beach Road — paid media, creative, landing pages, CRO and measurement. We sell no supplements, vitamins, fitness programmes or health, wellness or medical services of any kind, and we do not register trademarks. The .life TLD is branding only — this is not lifestyle or coaching.
We do not guarantee rankings, leads or sales, do not sell a course, and do not buy fake followers or traffic. Results depend on your budget, product and market — see our disclaimer on the services and terms pages.
What is a campaign review?
A campaign review is a 45-minute session where we examine your current paid media setup, creative assets, landing pages, and tracking infrastructure. You receive an honest assessment of what is working, what is underperforming, and what we would recommend developing next — whether or not you engage us for ongoing work. There is no templated pitch deck and no obligation to proceed. The review is designed to give you clarity on your develop-frame: the brief, build, buy, and read sequence your campaigns need.
What services does VigorMark offer?
We offer six integrated services: Campaign Strategy and Demand Planning, Paid Media Buying, Creative Production and Ad Testing, Landing Pages and CRO, Measurement/Tracking/Reporting, and Brand Messaging and Positioning. Engagements can be full-service — covering all six disciplines — or focused on specific areas where you have internal capacity. We scope honestly and will tell you if you need only one service rather than a full retainer.
Which platforms do you manage?
We manage paid media across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, and programmatic display networks. Platform selection depends on your audience, funnel stage, and offer — we do not recommend channels based on our certifications or preferred partnerships. If a platform is not right for your campaign objectives, we say so during the strategy phase rather than deploying budget to justify a service line.
Do you work with brands outside Singapore?
Yes. While we are headquartered at The Plaza on Beach Road in Singapore, we manage campaigns across Southeast Asia, Australia, and select global markets. Time-zone coverage and reporting cadence are structured around your campaign calendar and auction windows. We invoice in Singapore dollars, US dollars, or regional currencies as agreed in your engagement letter.
How do you charge for services?
We offer project-based pricing for strategy, creative production, and landing page builds, and monthly retainers for ongoing media management and optimisation. We do not mark up media spend — our fee covers management, strategy, reporting, and the operational discipline required to test and scale effectively. Pricing is scoped after the campaign review once we understand your requirements, current setup, and engagement scope. We provide written proposals with clear deliverables before any work begins.
What industries do you specialise in?
We work with B2B and B2C brands where the click must justify itself before the sale conversation begins. Typical sectors include SaaS, professional services, e-commerce, and financial services. We do not specialise in a single vertical — our develop-frame methodology applies wherever paid media, creative testing, and conversion optimisation are required. Sector experience matters for messaging and compliance, and we are transparent about where we have relevant case history versus where your engagement would be a learning project for us.
How long before we see results?
Timeline depends on your starting point. If tracking is broken or creative has fatigued, initial weeks focus on diagnosis and rebuild before scaling spend. For new campaigns, we typically run a four-to-six-week test phase before recommending scale decisions. We do not promise specific results within arbitrary timeframes — campaign performance depends on offer strength, audience size, competitive dynamics, and landing page quality, not agency activity alone. We set realistic expectations during the campaign review and update them as data accumulates.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Retainer engagements typically begin with a three-month initial term to allow sufficient test-and-learn cycles. After the initial term, contracts renew monthly with thirty days' notice for termination. Project-based work — strategy, creative production, landing page builds — is scoped with fixed deliverables and timelines. We do not lock clients into annual contracts without performance justification. If campaigns underperform and we cannot identify a credible path to improvement, we recommend pausing rather than continuing spend.
What access do you need to our accounts?
For media management, we require advertiser access to your ad accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) at the level needed to create, edit, and report on campaigns. We also need analytics access (Google Analytics, or equivalent) and, where applicable, CRM access for lead quality assessment. We never request ownership transfer of accounts — you retain full control and can revoke access at any time. Access requirements are documented in our engagement letter and comply with platform terms of service.
